Kids Program · Ages 4–6
LITTLE WARRIORS JIU-JITSU
Fun, game-based Jiu-Jitsu classes designed for our youngest athletes. Kids develop coordination, listening skills, and basic movements through structured play. They learn simple positions and control, all while building confidence and discipline in a safe, encouraging environment.

Youth Program · Ages 7–9
YOUTH FOUNDATIONS JIU-JITSU
Students build a strong base of fundamental Jiu-Jitsu techniques: positions, escapes, and control. Every class reinforces discipline, teamwork, and self-confidence through hands-on learning and age-appropriate partner drills.

Teen Program · Ages 10–15
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT JIU-JITSU
Our teen Jiu-Jitsu program introduces more advanced techniques, situational training, and optional competition preparation. Students develop strategy, resilience, and controlled live training, preparing them for the mat and for life.

Kids Program · Ages 5–13
KIDS MUAY THAI
High-energy Muay Thai classes built just for keiki. Kids learn proper stance, footwork, punches, kicks, and pad work in a structured, supportive environment. Every session sharpens coordination, focus, and confidence while burning off serious energy, all under the guidance of experienced coaches.

Adult Training · Ages 18+
ADULTS JIU-JITSU, GI
Traditional Gi Jiu-Jitsu built on technique, leverage, and live training. Our Gi curriculum covers fundamentals, guard work, passing, sweeps, and submissions, with classes for every level from day one beginner to advanced competitor. The Gi rewards patience and precision, sharpening grips, control, and the deep technical game that defines classic BJJ.

Adult Training · Ages 18+
ADULTS JIU-JITSU, NO-GI
Fast-paced No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu focused on grappling, control, and submissions without the kimono. Classes emphasize body control, hand fighting, modern guards, leg locks, and submission chains. Whether you're cross-training for MMA, prepping for No-Gi competition, or just love the pace, our No-Gi sessions deliver high-level technique and hard, controlled rolling.

Adult Training · Ages 18+
ADULTS MUAY THAI & BOXING
High-energy, full-body workouts featuring pad work, combinations, conditioning, and optional sparring. Open to all experience levels, from first-timers looking for a killer workout to fighters sharpening their craft. Separate Muay Thai and Boxing sessions available throughout the week.

Specialty Class
WOMEN'S ONLY BJJ
A dedicated space for women to train, learn, and grow in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. These classes cover the same high-quality fundamentals and techniques in a supportive, women-focused environment. All experience levels welcome.

Specialty Class
TEENS SELF-DEFENSE
Practical self-defense skills taught through martial arts fundamentals. Teens learn awareness, de-escalation, and physical techniques to protect themselves, building confidence that carries far beyond the gym.

Competitive Training
COMPETITION TEAM
For students who want to test their skills on the competition stage. Dedicated keiki and adult competition training sessions focus on advanced technique, game planning, conditioning, and mental preparation for tournaments.

Members Training
OPEN MAT
Free training sessions for members to drill, roll, and spar at their own pace. Available in both Gi and No-Gi formats on Sundays, a great way to sharpen your game and connect with training partners.
